From Dr. Richter

“I am comfortable with both the operative and nonoperative treatment of spinal conditions. My philosophy is to explore and maximize nonoperative treatment options prior to utilizing operative interventions. When surgery is necessary, I believe in utilizing a minimal access approach to minimize pain and speed recovery.”
